The Rise of Humane Humanity, No. 59

Shifts of consciousness have always been part of the human condition along with dark dispirited eras. When something heavy sits over the populous some people feel compelled to express what they are feeling, even though that can lead to risky situations. Those feeling trapped by societies that need to evolve often ban together to free themselves of a bleak mindset. As hope finds its way to the light activism surges and doubles its manifestation. Could we be witnessing the rise of Humane Humanity?

Rising up for what you believe in can have uplifting or dire consequences depending on your moral beliefs. No one should go blindly into any cause without doing their own research.

If your beliefs cause you to,
endanger the future of any living creature,
take the life of any living creature,
destroy the health of any living creature,
pollute the habitat of any living creature,
oppress the life of any living creature,
is it worth joining?

If however, you choose a sustainable path that cares for the land and those that live here, you will be an important part of humanities shared journey. There will be choices to make, new laws to develop and life will alter for the better.

Being a humane citizen of planet Earth is critical to the continuity of all species. Compassion to all seems like it should be a common occurrence, but sadly it is not. Many world citizens and animals of all varieties suffer from the oppressive wrath of misguided individuals in leadership roles. When power, control and wealth are all that matter there is no morality – everything is for sale.

Reaching for the glow of something morally better is in every person. Good people have certainly done bad things in times of war, drought, disease, corruption and natural disasters where survival came first, but that does not mean they are inherently bad people. Many are forcibly placed in cruel situations that they eventually rise out of through sheer will. Forgiveness is also a natural human trait. Being humane should be humanities dedicated purpose. If what you are doing doesn’t feel right anymore rise to a better cause or occupation as many have done. Awareness can offer a humane way of living in the world with all creatures. Awareness is a simple sharing of knowledge; it opens avenues of thought not explored before. Being part of the whole is essential if we want to live a balanced life. It is humanities job to govern the world is a fair ecological way. Make domination an obsession for the history books. Choose empathy everyday forward!
